Stepping Out in RED Shoes!

- Day 70 -

The Circuit Board has been Reset 

and We're Operating Again at Full Capacity!

Last week as I was pulling down strongholds in my prayer closet, God put a particular person on my heart to pray for.  This long time friend of mine had confided in me, months ago, that ever since a tragic experience took place in their life, their emotions had shut down.  That's not an unusual situation.  In fact, it's normal.  

When life delivers too much chaos at one time, 

our mind shuts off some of our emotions, 

so that we don't experience a power surge 

that totally breaks us.

Okay... so before I go any further...  Isn't that just an amazing thing?  God not only created mankind with a circuit of emotions, but he included circuit breakers to protect His creation from mental breakdown!  

Glory to God!   Thank you Jesus!

My friend was concerned because the tragic event took place over seven years ago.  All this time that person has been operating on one of two emotions.  They are either happy or disengaged.  

To Disengage  is to shut off or shut down. 

To detach or disconnect.

There's no emotion whatsoever.

 Nothing's happening!  

"Out of Order"

That's unacceptable.  Jesus said...

"The thief comes to steal, kill and destroy, 

but I have come that they might have life, 

and have it to the full."

John 10:10

When people disengage during crisis, that's normal and understandable.  During that time, however,  they can be extremely vulnerable.  The mind often programs itself to shut off at the littlest trigger.  For example, if a man physically abuses a woman, her mind may cause her to shut down emotionally.  If that experience is extreme enough or if it happens over and over again,  a stronghold is established.  The mind erroneously assumes that any man will physically abuse her and thereby, continually shuts her down.  

When the Holy Spirit attempts to  

reset her emotional circuit panel, 

that stronghold can over ride Him,   

keeping her broken and  

"Out of Order!"  

That's why we pull the strongholds down!

As I tore those strongholds down, on behalf of my friend, The Holy Ghost informed me that He had, in fact, reset the circuit panel.  My friend was healed!  But He also gave me some very important instruction.  Take a look:

He said that when difficulty arises, the enemy will whisper, 

"It's time to disengage!" 

 When that happens, the person must insist: 

"NO!  My circuit panel is working!  

Lord...  Help me engage with the

 proper emotion for this situation."

You know it!  The enemy is a deceiver.  He will try his best to re-establish that stronghold.  

One must stand firm so as not to allow themselves

to be robbed of their healing! 

I share all this because today -- just days later -- God brought another person before me with a similar situation, almost identical to the first person's.  Several of us, came together in unity, prayed down that stronghold, asked God to reset the circuit panel, and believe she's healed!  Hallelujah!  Don't you love when God gives directives like that?

Here I am -- a spiritual electrician -- 

stepping out in RED shoes,  helping 

people get their power back on so 

that they're operating at full capacity!  

And just when I was thinking I didn't have a job!  LOL.
