"THE Door"

Stepping out in RED shoes!

- Day 15 -

As important as it is to step out,

sometimes God says... "Stay put!"

I woke up this morning and did myself a little jig -- right there, beside my bed.  I couldn't help myself!   The glory was still lingering from last night.   Besides, I've found from experience that a good dance before the Lord keeps the enemy away!

I never did step outside my house today.   Yesterday was a ministry day, so today I was laying low -- resting, reading, praying, studying and singing.  I got a lot accomplished!  

From the moment I woke up, I kept seeing a vision, in the back of my mind.  I was standing in front of an open door, and the Lord was beckoning me to walk through it.  All day, I kept catching  glimpses of it.  Finally I just asked Him,  "What does it mean Lord?"

"You're standing on the threshold of an open door."

He said.   "All you have to do is walk through it." 

"How do I know that I'll walk through the right door?"

I asked.

"You'll know."  He responded.  "This door is so wide open,  

you can't miss it!"

On a different note...  during my prayer time today, 

the Lord pointed out specific things that I was to stay put on. 

"Don't move from that place!"  

He stated firmly.  

"It's not time!"

Today may seem like a simple day, but it's an important one, regardless.   God gave specific instruction that I am to heed.  Perhaps tomorrow you'll catch me stepping through that door in RED shoes.  Stay tuned!
